Mission Statement:
The Jewish Party of America stands for the restoration of moral order, lawful government, and neighborly compassion in the United States. We believe that America’s greatness rests upon her covenant with righteousness — a covenant first written on stone, then upon the hearts of men. Our purpose is not to impose religion, but to awaken reverence. We seek to rebuild the nation according to timeless law: the Law of God, which is higher than fashion, politics, or pride.

I. FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES

One God, One Law, One Nation
We affirm that the moral foundation of liberty is divine. America’s freedom is not license, but stewardship — the freedom to do right, not merely to do as one pleases.
Justice as Sacred Duty
“Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment.” (Leviticus 19:15)
Every citizen deserves equal protection under the law. The Jewish Party will restore the principle that justice must be blind to wealth, race, and influence.
Sanctity of Life and Family
Life is sacred from conception to natural death. Family — the first covenant of society — shall again be honored, strengthened, and protected in law, education, and culture.
Labor, Land, and Rest
We believe in honest labor, fair wages, and stewardship of the land. “The labourer is worthy of his hire.” America’s economy shall reward work, not speculation. We affirm the Sabbath principle — that rest and reverence are national goods, not inefficiencies.
Truth in Speech and Governance
“Thou shalt not bear false witness.” The Jewish Party demands full transparency in government. Lies are the rust of a republic. Every public official shall be held to the standard of truth before the people and before God.
Defense and Covenant
America must defend her borders and her allies — especially the nation of Israel — not as conqueror but as covenant-keeper. Our foreign policy shall be guided by faithfulness, not convenience.
Charity and the Stranger
“Love ye therefore the stranger.” (Deuteronomy 10:19)
Immigration shall be ordered and lawful, but compassionate. We welcome those who seek to work, honor our laws, and bless our nation.
Industry and Integrity
We will rebuild American manufacturing, agriculture, and technology according to ethical codes rooted in honesty, quality, and national loyalty. We reject corruption, monopolies, and exploitation of workers or environment.
Education of the Soul
The goal of education is not merely employment, but wisdom. Schools shall teach moral literacy, civic responsibility, and the history of God’s dealings with mankind — not in doctrine, but in reverence for truth.
Peace through Righteousness
Peace is not the absence of war but the presence of justice. The Jewish Party will promote peace within America and abroad by strengthening moral and spiritual order first.

II. GOVERNMENTAL STRUCTURE

Party Leadership:
Modeled on the principle of the Sanhedrin: council of wise and upright men and women, chosen for integrity and service, not fame.
Policy Process:
Every law proposed by the Party will be measured against two tests:
(1) Is it righteous?
(2) Is it constitutional?
If it fails either test, it shall not bear our name.
Public Oath:
“I will seek truth, do justice, and fear God in all my decisions, for I am a servant of the people and of the Law above all laws.”

III. ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK

Encourage domestic production; discourage moral debt and foreign dependence.
Protect honest small business from predatory conglomerates.
Promote ethical banking, no usury, no financial deception.
Implement tax simplicity and transparency: no man shall need a lawyer to understand his duty to his nation.

IV. FOREIGN POLICY

Absolute defense of the State of Israel’s right to exist and flourish.
Diplomacy grounded in Genesis 12:3: “I will bless them that bless thee.”
No entangling alliances with regimes that oppress faith, truth, or conscience.

V. SPIRITUAL & CIVIC RENEWAL INITIATIVES

Annual Day of National Repentance and Gratitude — a civic, not sectarian, event calling America to reflection, unity, and renewal.
Establish “Moral Forums” in local communities — public gatherings for discussion, reconciliation, and charity.
Encourage voluntary Sabbath rest across industries, without legal compulsion, to revive family, worship, and peace of mind.
